This Refund Policy forms part of the enrolment terms between Analytix Camp (“the Institute”) and the student (“the Student”). By enrolling in any program, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Standard Refund Terms
Subject to this Policy, the Student is entitled to a refund of fees paid as follows:
- Within 7 days of the enrolment date: a full (100%) refund.
- Within 8 to 14 days of the enrolment date: a partial (50%) refund.
- After 14 days of the enrolment date: no refund will be issued, and this applies in all circumstances, except as expressly provided in Section 3 for Performance-Based Refundable Courses.
Refund Requests
2.1 The Student must submit a refund request in writing, by email or a signed written application, within the applicable refund period.
2.2 All refund periods are calculated from the official enrolment date recorded by the Institute.
2.3 Requests submitted after the applicable period has ended will not be considered.
Performance-Based Refundable Courses
3.1 Some courses may be offered as “100% Refundable” (“Performance-Based Refundable Courses”). For these courses, a refund is not available on request. It becomes payable only after the Student has successfully completed the course.
3.2 To qualify, the Student must meet both of the following conditions, which will be communicated at the time of enrolment:
- a minimum of 70% attendance; and
- a minimum of 70% overall marks across assessments and projects.
3.3 A Student who does not meet both conditions will not be eligible for a refund under this Section.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The Institute will not issue a refund where:
- the refund request is made more than 14 days after the enrolment date;
- the Student has not attended or participated in the course;
- the Student cites personal scheduling conflicts or a change in availability; or
- the Student has not met the attendance and performance requirements of a Performance-Based Refundable Course.
Processing of Approved Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, the Institute will process it within 14 to 21 working days. The refund will be paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
