Analytix Camp (also operating as 365 Bootcamp)

Analytix Camp runs data training programs from Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect at analytix.pk, on our student portal and LMS, in our live classes, and in our batch groups, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
It covers our online activities. It does not cover anything you share with us offline, or what other companies do with your data on their own platforms.

Your consent
By using our website, enrolling in a program, or joining our LMS or batch groups, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
When you enrol or create an account: your name, email address, phone number, city, and where relevant your CNIC or passport number for certificate issuance, your education or work background, and your company name if you’re enrolling through an employer.
When you pay: the amount, the date, the method, and a reference number. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank login details. Payments run through our payment providers, and their systems hold those details, not ours.
When you contact us: whatever you send. Your message, attachments, and any details you choose to add, whether that’s by email, WhatsApp, our contact form, or a call.
Inside the LMS: which lessons you opened, what you completed, quiz and assignment scores, submitted files, attendance, and login times. We use this to track your progress, mark your work, and decide whether you qualify for a certificate.
In live classes: if a session is recorded, the recording may include your voice, your camera feed, your display name, and your chat messages. Recordings are shared with your batch.
In batch groups: your phone number and display name are visible to your instructor and to other students in that group. That’s how group messaging works, and we can’t hide it.
Automatically, when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, device, internet provider, date and time, the pages you came from and went to, and roughly how you moved around the site. This sits in server logs and analytics, and we don’t tie it to you personally.
Why we collect it
- To enrol you, give you LMS access, and run your classes
- To mark your work and issue certificates
- To take payment and keep our accounts straight
- To reply to your questions and provide support
- To send you class reminders, schedule changes, and batch announcements
- To tell you about new programs, discounts, and free sessions, where you’ve agreed to hear from us
- To improve our courses and our website based on what students actually use
- To spot and stop fraud, cheating, account sharing, and piracy
- To meet our legal and tax obligations in Pakistan
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, like most sites do. They remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and tell us which pages get visited so we can fix the ones that don’t work.
You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, including login and the LMS, may stop working properly if you do.
Third parties we share data with
We don’t sell your personal information. We never have.
We do share what’s necessary with the companies that help us run the business:
- Payment providers, to process your fees
- Our LMS and hosting providers, who store your course data on their servers
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for site traffic figures
- Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, when we run ads, which may involve matching a hashed email to show you or people like you an ad
- Email and messaging providers, to send announcements and reminders
- Video platforms, where live classes and recordings are hosted
These companies each have their own privacy policies, and we’d suggest reading them for the ones you interact with directly. We have no control over cookies set by third parties on their own sites.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our students, or our staff.
How long we keep it
Account and LMS records stay with us while your access period is running, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can verify certificates and answer queries about past batches. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as Pakistani tax law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Whatever country you’re in, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong or incomplete
- delete your data, where we’re not required to keep it
- stop or limit how we process it
- stop sending you marketing messages
- send your data to you or to another organisation in a usable format
Send the request to us through the contact page and we’ll respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we don’t hand someone else’s records to the wrong person.
Deleting your account data while a program is running will normally end your enrolment, since we can’t run the course without it.
If you’re in the EU or UK, the rights above are your rights under GDPR. If you’re in California, you can request the categories and specific pieces of data we’ve collected, ask us to delete them, and direct us not to sell your data. We don’t sell it.
Children
You must be at least 18 to hold an account with us. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it from our records.
Parents and guardians: please keep an eye on what your children do online, here and everywhere else.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and vetted providers to protect your data. No system is completely safe, and we can’t promise otherwise. If a breach happens that puts your data at real risk, we’ll tell you and take it seriously.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top tells you which version you’re reading. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the site or by email.
