Terms of Use
Analytix Camp (also operating as 365 Bootcamp)
Last updated: 01 January 2024
Analytix Camp teaches data skills to people in Pakistan and beyond. We run cohort-based programs in Power BI, SQL, Data Analytics with AI, Data Science and AI, AI Engineering, Financial Modeling, and Generative AI. Each one comes with live classes, recordings, projects, and a batch group where you can ask questions.
These Terms apply to everything you do on the Analytix Camp website, our student portal, our learning platform, any mobile or desktop apps we publish, our community groups, and any related service we provide (together, the “Services”). By enrolling in a program or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Analytix Camp. “You” means the person using the Services, whether as a student, instructor, or visitor.
1. Your Account
You need an account for most things on our platform, including enrolling in a program, joining live sessions, and accessing recordings or course material.
When you create an account, you must give accurate and complete information, including a working email address and phone number, and keep that information current. Your account is your responsibility. That includes anything that happens on it, and any loss or damage caused by someone else using it. Keep your password private.
You may not share your login details with anyone. You may not transfer your account to another person or use someone else’s account. Accounts are for one individual only. If we detect that a single account is being used by multiple people, or that login details have been shared or sold, we may suspend or terminate that account without a refund.
If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant it unless you can prove you own it. In the event of a student’s death, we will close the account on receiving notice from the family.
Tell us right away if you think someone is using your account without permission, or if you suspect any other security problem. You can reach us through the contact page on our website or through the support channel shared with your batch. We may ask for information to confirm you are the account owner.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may enrol on your behalf and hold the account, and they remain responsible for it. If we find out an account was created in breach of this rule, we will close it.
2. Enrolment and Access to Course Material
When you enrol in a program, whether free or paid, you are getting a licence to access the material. You are not buying the material itself.
That licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal to you. It lets you view and use the course content, recordings, slides, datasets, workbooks, templates, and other material for your own learning, for as long as your access period lasts. Every other use is prohibited.
You may not record, screen-capture, download, copy, resell, rent, share, broadcast, sublicense, translate, or republish any of our material, or create derivative works from it, without written permission from Analytix Camp. That includes uploading material to file-sharing sites, torrent sites, Telegram or WhatsApp groups, YouTube, or any other platform, and it includes sharing your account so another person can access it.
Live sessions may be recorded. By joining a live session, you agree that your voice, camera feed, name, and chat messages may be captured in that recording and made available to your batch.
Access periods are set out at the time you enrol. Unless we say otherwise, access to recordings and material continues for the period stated for that program. We may extend or shorten access, add or remove material, or update a curriculum as the tools and the industry change.
LMS Access
Course material sits in our Learning Management System (LMS).
LMS access is assigned to a class as a whole, not to students one by one. It is normally switched on before the third class of the batch. The access period starts on that assignment date and runs the same way for every student in the batch, whatever date you personally enrolled or first logged in. Joining a batch late, or not logging in until later, does not push your start date forward or extend your access.
For standard programs, LMS access lasts one year from the date it is assigned to the class.
For refundable programs, LMS access runs for the length of the course, plus an equal period after the course ends. So a course that runs 2.5 months carries 5 months of LMS access in total: 2.5 months alongside the classes and 2.5 months after they finish.
When the access period ends, your LMS account is closed and the material is no longer available to you. Download anything you are allowed to keep, such as your own assignment files, before that date. We may offer paid extensions at our discretion, but we are not obliged to.
We may revoke access to any material at any time if we are legally required to, if the material is subject to a copyright complaint, or if you breach these Terms.
3. Program Delivery and Changes
We schedule cohorts in advance and publish start dates, timings, and session plans before enrolment. Things sometimes shift. We may change session timings, reschedule a class, change an instructor, adjust the curriculum, or move a batch start date. Where we can, we will give you notice through email or your batch group.
If we cancel a program outright before it starts and cannot offer you a place in another batch, we will refund what you paid for it in full.
Attendance in live sessions is not guaranteed to be recorded in every case, and technical problems on our side or yours may interrupt a session. We will try to make a recording or a makeup session available, but we cannot promise it in every instance.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for each program are shown at the time of enrolment. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in Pakistani Rupees and do not include any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes that may apply to you.
Where we offer instalment plans, your seat depends on paying each instalment by its due date. If an instalment is late, we may suspend your access to sessions and material until it is cleared.
Discounts, scholarships, early-bird pricing, and referral offers apply only as described at the time they are offered and cannot be combined unless we say so.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated from the date you enrol.
- Full refund of what you paid if you request it within 7 days of enrolment.
- 50% refund if you request it between 8 and 14 days of enrolment.
- No refund after 14 days of enrolment, under any circumstances.
Payment gateway or bank transfer charges are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
We do not issue refunds where an account has been suspended or terminated for breaking these Terms, including sharing material or login details.
To request a refund, contact us through the support channel for your batch or the contact page on our website. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, usually within 14 working days.
6. Content You Post
Anything you post stays yours. Your projects, assignments, questions, answers, comments, reviews, and posts in our community remain your property.
By posting them on or through our Services, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, display, and distribute that content across any media, existing now or developed later. This covers using your work in class discussion, in our marketing, on our YouTube channel and social media, and in material we share with future batches. It also covers using your name and image alongside it where relevant.
If you send us a testimonial, review, or feedback about a program, you agree we may publish it with your name, photo, and job title.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, and that posting it does not break anyone else’s copyright or other rights. You agree to these uses without payment.
If you would rather we did not use a specific piece of your work publicly, tell us and we will remove it from public use going forward.
7. Community Conduct
Our classes and groups only work if people behave. While using the Services you must not:
- harass, insult, threaten, or discriminate against anyone
- post spam, promotional material, or job scams
- share pirated software, cracked tools, or other people’s paid course material
- ask other students for money, personal financial details, or private contact information
- impersonate an instructor, a member of our team, or another student
- disrupt live sessions
We may remove any post, mute a participant, or suspend an account for breaking these rules, without a refund in serious cases.
8. Using Analytix Camp at Your Own Risk
We teach data skills. We do not guarantee results.
We do not promise that completing a program will get you a job, an interview, a promotion, a freelance client, a visa, a particular salary, or any specific outcome. Where we share placement stories, salary figures, or student results, those describe what specific people achieved and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your outcome depends on your effort, your background, your market, and factors outside anyone’s control.
Course material, including code, datasets, financial models, and career advice, is provided for learning. Do not treat it as professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and do not deploy classroom code into a production system without reviewing it yourself.
When you interact with instructors, mentors, or other students, be careful about what personal information you share. We cannot control what other people do with information you give them. Do not share bank details, CNIC copies, passwords, or private contact information in community groups.
Our Services link to third-party tools and websites, including Microsoft, Google, cloud platforms, and payment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them, their availability, their pricing, or what they do with your information. Read their terms and privacy policies yourself. Some tools we teach require you to hold your own licence or subscription, and that cost is yours.
9. Our Rights
Our platform, website, APIs, databases, brand, and the material our team and partners create are the property of Analytix Camp and our licensors. The names Analytix Camp and 365 Bootcamp, our logos, and our other brand features belong to us, and nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use them.
Any feedback or suggestion you give us about the Services is voluntary, and we are free to use it however we like with no obligation to you.
While using the Services, you may not:
- access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform, our systems, or our providers’ systems
- disable, interfere with, or try to get around any security feature, or probe or test our systems for weaknesses
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or try to extract the source code behind our platform
- scrape our site, or use bots, spiders, or any other automated means to access the Services
- send false or misleading messages that appear to come from Analytix Camp
- flood, spam, overload, or otherwise disrupt the Services for other users
10. Suspension and Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to close your account.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if you do not pay fees due, if your conduct harms other students or our team, or if we are required to by law. Where the situation allows, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
Closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Sections covering content licences, our rights, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply after your account closes.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The platform will be down sometimes, for maintenance or because something broke. A session gets cut short. A video won’t load. A link points to the wrong file. These things happen, and you accept that they will.
In fuller legal language: the Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We, along with our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents, make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, accuracy, or error-free operation of the Services or their content, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that you will get any specific result from using the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the program the claim relates to, in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income, lost opportunities, or lost data.
We may stop offering any feature of the Services at any time, and we are not liable for that.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power outages, natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute connected to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, to reflect new features, new programs, or changes in how we work. If a change is significant, we will tell you clearly, by email to the address on your account or by posting a notice on our platform.
Changes take effect on the day they are posted unless we say otherwise. If you keep using the Services after that, it means you accept them. The current version of these Terms replaces every earlier version.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page on the Analytix Camp website, or to the support channel shared with your batch.
